The pressing of a steel casing or so-called “ ground puncture” is the traditional trench less building method. The punctures of diameter from 1000 till 1400 mm till 70 m long are done under any natural and artificial barriers. “The road puncture” is operated under the railway and car ways, “the ground puncture” – under earth embankments, buildings and constructions. The punctures are operated with a steel casing using the double hydraulic lifting jacks by effort from 200 till 400 t, the passing speed by diameter 1200 – 1400 mm till 5 – 7 m in a shift.

The punctures are operated with an using of the pressing pump-jack plants consisting of one or two coupled hydraulic lifting jacks by effort till 200 te each mounted on the common frame. The rods lifting jacks have a big free stroke (till 1,15-1,3 m).The frame with a lifting jacks they install on the bottom of work trench, where happens the ground puncture. Beside the trench on a surface they place the hydraulic pump of high pressure – till 30Mpa (300 kgs/cm2).
They press the pipe with a cyclic way of alternately lifting jacks switching on the direct and back stroke. The lifting jacks pressure on the pipe is passing through the cups with a removable pressing prolonged jets, ramrods or squeezing clamp.
The puncture still wide using in a underground building because they have a row of important advantages. The low cost because the punctures don’t need the expensive equipment use. A man being at the face of ground puncture gives the possibility of direction correcting of ground puncture and also of immediate observation to the barriers nascent by the passing, including to the communications not considering in the project.
The punctures are operating not with a pressing method only, but with a shaft passing. In this case the road puncture happens without lifting jacks use. The fastening gallery walls is operated with a metal and wooden fixing.
The puncture both through the pressing and “the gallery” are assuming the manual ground sampling.
