Directed drilling of pilot well is especially important stage of works in a trench less laying nets, from them in many respects depends the finely result. That is carried out whit a help of rock dying instrument – of boring head with a chamfer in a front part and fitted oscillator.
The boring head is connected whit aid of hollow case whit a flexible driving rod, that allows to direct on horizontal directed drilling process of pilot well and avoid the discovered obstacles in any directions in range of natural mock at extended work line. The boring head have the holes for the giving of special boring solution, that is pumping into the well and forms the slip whit a dusty breed. The boring solution decreases the rubbing on the boring head and a rod, protect the well from her fragments, removed on the surface.
The control of boring head position is carried out whit a help of receiving locator equipment, that accepts and treats the signals of transmitter fitted into the boring head case.
On the locator monitor is reflected the visual information about the position, incline, azimuth of boring head. This information also is reflected on the operator of oil-rig plant display. This data are determinant for the control of an accordance building pipeline trajectory of project line and minimises the risk of work line fracture. By the boring head deviation from the project trajectory the operator stops the rotation of boring rods and places the boring head chamfer in wanted position. Then is comes true the pressing of boring rods in wanted position for the correction of boring trajectory. The directed boring of pilot well is concluded with the exit of boring head in an adjusted project point.
The well enlargement comes true after the completion of pilot boring. At that the boring head is disconnected from the boring rods and in place of it’s the rimmer is joining – the dilator from the back action. With an application of draught effort with a simultaneous rotation the rimmer riches through the well range in a boring plant direction, enlarged the pilot well till the necessary diameter for the pipeline passing. For the ensuring of free pipeline reach through the enlarged well his diameter should exceed the pipeline diameter for 25 – 30 %.

On the opposite from the boring plant well side is situated the finished pipeline lash. To the frontal loop end is the head with a draught effort conceiving swivel and rimmer. The swivel is rotating with a boring thread and rimmer and in the same time is not delivering the rotary action on the pipeline.
Thus the boring plant is enclosing the lash of reaching pipeline along the project trajectory into the well.
The boring solutions. The most important factor of effective technology HDD using is an using on all the stages of work production the boring solutions of high quality.
The boring solution is a water and special additions mixture, their correlation and concentration is formed in accordance with the ground kind and the boring conditions.
The main ingredients of boring solution are the special clays – the concrete and the polymers. Besides the additions for the chemical water composition improvement, the prevention of ground sticking on the boring instrument and rods is using.
